Terms & Conditions — depo5k Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the depo5k Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. depo5k operates a strict 21+ policy in accordance with Indonesian social norms and the standards applied by our international licensing authority. Providing false date-of-birth information is a serious violation and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
• Residency & Jurisdiction: The Platform is primarily directed at adult players residing in Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you have assessed and satisfied yourself that accessing the Platform is not prohibited under any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction. Users accessing the Platform from any Restricted Jurisdiction do so entirely at their own risk.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under any legal incapacity that prevents you from entering contracts, you are not permitted to use the Platform.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through proxies — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether imposed by depo5k or any other gambling platform or regulatory body.
• Not a Company Employee: Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the Company or any of its affiliated service providers are not permitted to hold a Player Account.

To access the full suite of services offered by depo5k, you are required to register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to the registration and ongoing maintenance of your Account:

3.1 Accurate Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. This information must match the details on the government-issued identification documents you submit during KYC verification.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. depo5k will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security measures. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. depo5k operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You may be required to submit the following documents before withdrawals are processed or upon request by the Company:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of current residential address dated within the last 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document alongside a handwritten note bearing the current date and the depo5k domain name
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a bank statement confirming ownership of the BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account used for deposits)

3.4 Right to Refuse. depo5k reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing Account without providing a reason, provided that any real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) is returned to the Account holder through appropriate channels.

3.5 Account Inactivity. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. depo5k reserves the right to deduct a monthly administration fee from inactive Account balances. Users will be notified via their registered email address prior to any such deduction.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods. depo5k accepts deposits via the following methods: bank transfers from BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), and Mandiri (Bank Mandiri); and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 5,000 for standard accounts. Minimum amounts for specific payment methods may vary and will be displayed at the point of transaction.

4.3 Deposit Processing Times. Bank transfer deposits submitted during Indonesian banking hours (typically 08:00–20:00 WIB, Monday–Saturday) are generally processed within 5 minutes of confirmation. Deposits submitted outside banking hours will be processed on the next available banking business day. E-wallet deposits are processed instantly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1–24 hours on business days. Processing times may be extended in cases where additional verification is required. depo5k does not impose withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be paid to an account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the depo5k Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended pending security review if unusual account activity is detected.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering . In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, depo5k requires that all deposits be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the imposition of a reasonable processing fee deducted from the withdrawal amount. This policy is designed to prevent the Platform from being used as a money transfer or currency exchange service.

4.7 Currency. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). depo5k does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency.

5.1 Bonus Offer Terms. depo5k periodically offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional rewards to Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable wagering requirements and time limits.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted into withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x). Specific games may contribute different percentages toward meeting wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. depo5k operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Activities considered abusive include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, coordinating with other Players to manipulate outcomes, exploiting software errors or loopholes, or using betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be closed and all funds forfeited.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Winnings. Once wagering requirements have been fully satisfied within the specified time limit, Bonus Funds are converted to real-money balance and become eligible for withdrawal. If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, all Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.5 Maximum Bonus Win Caps. Certain promotions may impose a maximum cap on winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Any winnings exceeding the stated cap will be removed from your Account upon completion of the wagering requirement. Maximum win caps are clearly stated in the promotional terms at the time of the offer.

5.6 Modification or Cancellation. depo5k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, active bonuses will be removed from affected Accounts.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the Platform are subject to acceptance by depo5k. The Company reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet, in whole or in part, at any time and without providing a reason. Once a bet is confirmed and displayed in your betting history, it is considered final and binding.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by sport, league, game type, and individual event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. depo5k reserves the right to adjust stake limits without notice.

6.3 Bet Settlement. Sports bets are settled based on official results as published by the relevant governing body of the sport or league. depo5k uses reputable third-party data providers for result confirmation. In cases where no official result is published within 72 hours of the scheduled event conclusion, depo5k reserves the right to void the bet and return stakes to Players.

6.4 Errors & Manifest Mistakes. In the event of an obvious error — including but not limited to: incorrect odds published due to human or technical error, incorrect event start times, duplicate bets caused by system malfunction, or mispriced markets — depo5k reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct the error. Users will be notified of any such correction via their registered email address.

6.5 Live Betting. Odds and available markets for live (in-play) betting are updated in real time based on the current state of the event. depo5k employs reasonable delay mechanisms to account for latency in data transmission. However, the Company is not liable for any delay-related advantage or disadvantage experienced by Players.

6.6 Casino & Slot Games. All casino games, including slots, table games, and live dealer games, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer equipment verified by independent testing agencies. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game where applicable. Outcomes are determined entirely by chance, and depo5k does not influence game results in any way.

6.7 Disconnection Policy. If your connection to a live casino game is interrupted during active play, the game round will continue and be settled according to the rules of the game. You may view the result of the interrupted round by accessing your betting history after reconnection. In the event of a server-side technical malfunction, the game round will be voided and stakes returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the depo5k Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension or termination:

• Underage Gambling: Accessing the Platform or placing bets if you are under 21 years of age.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account, whether directly or through third parties.
• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false information, using stolen payment methods, forging identification documents, or engaging in identity theft.
• Collusion & Syndicate Betting: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate outcomes, share information, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Arbitrage & Bot Use: Using automated software, bots, or arbitrage strategies to exploit odds discrepancies between different platforms or markets.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds on the Platform. depo5k may pursue legal remedies to recover losses caused by fraudulent chargebacks.
• System Exploitation: Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, security measures, or infrastructure.
• Market Manipulation: Attempting to manipulate betting markets through delayed streaming, insider information, or other unfair means.

8.1 Ownership. All intellectual property rights in the depo5k Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, logos, software code, graphic designs, text content, databases, and user interfaces — are owned exclusively by the Company or its licensors. No license or right is granted to any User beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes.

8.2 Restrictions. Users are expressly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, publicly displaying, or otherwise exploiting any part of the Platform without prior written consent from depo5k. This prohibition includes but is not limited to scraping odds data, mirroring content, or embedding Platform elements on third-party websites.

8.3 Third-Party Content. The Platform may include trademarks, logos, and branding materials belonging to third-party game studios, sports leagues, and payment providers (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, BCA, BRI). All such third-party intellectual property remains the exclusive property of its respective owners.

9.1 Privacy Policy. Your use of the depo5k Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. The Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data.

9.2 Consent to Data Processing. By registering an Account, you consent to depo5k collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes of: (i) verifying your identity and age; (ii) processing deposits and withdrawals; (iii) detecting and preventing fraud; (iv) complying with legal and regulatory obligations; and (v) providing customer support.

9.3 Data Security. depo5k employs industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no system is completely secure, and the Company cannot guarantee absolute security.

9.4 Marketing Communications. By registering, you consent to receive promotional emails, SMS messages, and push notifications from depo5k regarding bonuses, promotions, and Platform updates. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by adjusting your account preferences or contacting customer support.

10.1 Platform Availability. depo5k operates on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous uptime, the Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, server issues, network disruptions, or force majeure events. depo5k is not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or missed betting opportunities resulting from temporary unavailability.

10.2 Exclusion of Certain Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, depo5k shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm.

10.3 Maximum Liability Cap. In any event, the Company's total aggregate liability to any User for all claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account during the 90-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

10.4 Third-Party Services. The Platform integrates third-party services, including payment processors, game studios, and data providers. depo5k is not responsible for the performance, availability, or accuracy of these third-party services. Any issues arising from third-party services should be addressed directly with the relevant provider.

10.5 Your Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you are solely responsible for all betting decisions made on your Account. depo5k does not provide investment advice, guarantees of winnings, or predictive analytics tools.

11.1 Suspension by the Company. depo5k reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account at any time if we reasonably believe that: (i) the Account is being used in breach of these Terms; (ii) suspicious or fraudulent activity has occurred; (iii) the Account holder has failed KYC verification; or (iv) suspension is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

11.2 Termination by the Company. The Company may terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if you are found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or otherwise materially breached these Terms. Upon termination, all Bonus Funds and pending bets will be voided. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited amounts) will be returned via the original deposit method where feasible.

11.3 Termination by the User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance will be paid out following standard withdrawal procedures and completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and pending bets will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

11.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for any reason, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and destroy any downloaded materials. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, liability limitations, and dispute resolution clauses — shall remain in full force and effect.

12.1 Gambling as Entertainment. depo5k promotes responsible gambling and encourages all Players to view betting and gaming as a form of entertainment, not a way to make money or solve financial problems. If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, please seek help immediately.

12.2 Self-Exclusion. You may request voluntary self-exclusion from the Platform for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently by contacting customer support. During the self-exclusion period, your Account will be locked and you will be unable to access the Platform or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

12.3 Deposit & Loss Limits. depo5k provides tools allowing you to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits. Once set, these limits can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Limit decreases take effect immediately.

12.4 Session Reminders. You may configure session time reminders to alert you after a specified duration of continuous play. These reminders help you maintain awareness of the time spent on the Platform.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is licensed and incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms, you agree to first contact depo5k customer support at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction.

13.3 Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against the Company.

13.4 Jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Company's licensing jurisdiction for any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through arbitration.

14.1 Right to Amend. depo5k reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email notification, Platform banner announcements, or both.

14.2 Effective Date of Changes. Amendments to these Terms become effective immediately upon publication on the depo5k website unless a different effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

14.3 Review Obligation. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revisions were made.

14.4 Rejection of Amendments. If you do not agree to any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account and discontinue use of the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after amendments have been published will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
